There are many challenges living as a pilgrim in a land that is not your own. Daniel’s life is a snapshot of the good and bad of pilgrim living.

In today’s text we see two of the challenges to life in exile. As Christians we are living in exile away from our true home so Daniel’s experience is relevant to us. We also see that, by faith, we can have victory in spite of the challenges.
