Jesus, Our Compassionate King

Series: The Gospel According to Mark

As we’ve studied Mark’s Gospel we have been witness to the power and authority of Jesus as the King of the coming Kingdom of God. He has healed the sick, done battle with Satan, calmed the storm and even raised the dead. In today’s text we see the compassion of this great King. His compassion demonstrated in his care for his disciples as well as the crowds.
